Hold The Date: Tate Exchange, 15 – 20 June 2020

CCE and Tate Exchange

CCE is working with Tate Exchange to bring young people, teachers and artists from its programmes around the world to Tate Modern for a week in June 2020. This will be a wonderful opportunity for teachers, artists and young people in England to interact with their peers across 4 continents, sharing each other’s practice and exchanging ideas. In particular the event will explore what, in the context of the United Nations Development Programme’s Sustainable Development Goal 4, is ‘Quality Education for all’?

CCE will be hosting partners from Australia, Chile, Czech Republic, Thailand, Pakistan, Hungary and from right across the UK and Ireland. Many of these partners were with us at Tate Modern last September for our CCE Creative Learning Summit and we look forward to welcoming them back. More details will be published as the programme and participants become finalised. So watch this space!

“We are honoured to have the opportunity to present our projects that help develop creative learning in Czech schools as part of the project TATE EXCHANGE.

We focus on developing children’s creativity, so do not expect talks, but rather an adventure game! Visitors of Tate Modern will enjoy creating shared artwork together with children from three primary schools as well as reporter teams in action or an educational theatre workshop under the children’s direction.

We look forward to an amazing week of creativity and inspiration in London!”
